1. Overview
Math Adventure RPG ("the app") is a free, offline math learning game for children and teens aged 3–17. This privacy policy explains how the app handles data. The short version: it doesn't. No data leaves your device.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect any of the following:
- Names, ages, or any personal identifiers
- Email addresses or contact information
- Location data
- Device identifiers or IP addresses
- Usage analytics or behavioural data
- Photos, camera, or microphone access
3. On-Device Storage Only
The app saves game progress (level, coins, badges, daily streaks) locally on your device using standard browser storage (localStorage). This data never leaves the device and is not accessible to us or any third party. It can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the app.
4. No Ads or Third-Party Services
The app contains no advertisements, no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting services, and no third-party integrations of any kind. There are no CDN calls, tracking beacons, or network requests during gameplay.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)
The app is designed for children and young teens. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR provisions for children (GDPR-K):
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
- No account creation or registration is required
- No contact forms are accessible to children within the game
- A parental gate (math question) protects age-group changes and contact features
6. Internet Permission
The app requests internet permission on Android solely to enable the Web Speech API (text-to-speech narration) on some devices. No data is transmitted over the internet during normal use.
